OnePlus Pad Neo Tablet Gets IMDA Certified, Now Ready for Launch

Back in October OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Pad Go tablet, available on the Indian market and now sister brand OPPO is prepping to launch the tablet in other parts of the world, under a different name. Turns out that the device will be called OnePlus Pad Neo.

The tablet has been certified by the IMDA organization, confirming it’s getting close to launch time. The source of the leak is TheTechOutLook, who found the product on the IMDA certification website, under the model number OPD2302. A debut in Singapore will come soon enough. The listing also mentions the tablet’s compatibility with WiFi and Bluetooth.

Sadly there aren’t many details about the product, but a previous SIRIM certification from the previous month revealed that the tablet would get a 4G version. The OPPO Pad Neo should feature an 11.35 inch LCD display, with a 2.4K resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio. The slate should have 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, but there may also be a 128 GB version. Inside it we find the Helio G99 processor, a modest CPU found on a variety of affordable phones.

There’s also an 8000 mAh battery, USB-C charging with the USB 2.0 standard and more. Camera-wise, we get an 8 MP front camera and 8 MP back camera, while the acoustics involve quad speakers with Dolby Atmos. It operates on OxygenOS 13.2 with Android 13 behind it. Finally there’s also a microSD card slot on board.
